Behavior Based Safety is a methodology in safety that is well-known and well-established. Over the last 35 years, the practices of Behavior Based Safety have become refined and its application has been used across virtually every industry known.  Workplaces worldwide have benefited from the use of positive reinforcement for observed safe behavior.

These sessions will provide a comprehensive view of advanced topics relating to Behavior Based Safety. The topics will describe both from the research perspective and an application in the real world, how Behavior Based Safety can be optimized to create a model of Safety Excellence.
